I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#147066) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (#16693) living in Los Angeles, California. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Creative Writing from Barnard College in New York, NY.

I completed my clinical training at an intensive outpatient treatment center in Culver City working with folks experiencing mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. I still lead weekly writing groups at the clinic and enjoy using the creative process as a way of working with the unconscious.

I am passionate about helping others understand themselves and using the therapeutic relationship as a tool for increased self-compassion and healing. I believe that our personal and collective healing are inextricable, and strive to create a space in which you can show up authentically in order to experience greater alignment in your relationship to yourself, others, and the world.
